Professor Adolf NG visiting USN

On his way to visit Professor Naima Saeed at the University of Agder, Professor Adolf NG from the University of Manitoba visited me at the University of South-Eastern Norway (campus Vestfold) during November 16-19, 2019. It was great please to host him at the Department of Maritime Operations on this short trip.

Together we visited the Maritime Museum in Horten on November 17. On November 18 morning, Professor NG was welcomed at our campus by me and our head of the department Anne Kari Botnmark. Before lunch we visited our simulation lab which is used for training marine engineers. After, lunch we presented our three research groups to him and later he did a seminar presentation on The Attitude of Port Stakeholders Towards Climate Adaptation Strategies. On November 19, we discussed future potentials for research projects and grant applications.
